Buckling conveyor for waste
A large Austrian Kitchen Manufacturer was looking for an automated Solution to eliminate the need for manual emptying.
Assignment
The Waste from a cardboard cutting machine was collected in a box and then had to be emptied manually. Due to the ever-increasing workload, the box had to be emptied every 30 minutes. To reduce the operator’s workload, the Waste is to be removed automatically.
Realization
Heumader Innovation installed an articulated conveyor between the cardboard cutting machine and the Workstation to automatically transport the Waste into a designated Container.
