A US Manufacturer of marking and labeling systems wants to speed up parts of its internal processes.
Task definition
Steel shafts (steel billets) must be labeled on the front side after cutting to the desired length. Make sure that the surface is free of coolant before applying the label.
Realization
A Labeling system was designed for frontal Application. The label is applied to the suction pad inside the housing. This reduces the Risk of the label falling off due to external Influences. The label is then transported out of the housing via a linear unit. Before the label is applied to the front of the Product, the cooling liquid is blown off the surface.
Our contribution to industrial automation: With automatic labelers, labels can be applied to products and packaging much faster and more precisely than with manual work.
