Assignment

Mobile PV systems can be used flexibly and individually. The Challenge was to make the automatic retraction and removal of the modules as simple as possible. Current mobile PV systems were previously relatively small and always required heavy equipment such as Tractors or Excavators to move the modules out of the container.

Our task was to reinvent the previous Drive Units and think differently. We needed a simplified, automatic Drive Unit that would allow the heavy PV modules to be transported into and out of the Container easily and safely.

Realization

A simplified, automatic Drive Unit was developed: The PV modules are transported out of and into the Container via a specially designed Conveyor (Drive Unit). The force transmission is form-fit, which guarantees safe conveying and Transportation.
